Most of us who travel by Delhi metro know that our food craving stop-bys are either WH Smith, Mcdonalds and few very badly made momos and potato puffs outlets. Few people know that right under the nose of Delhi Metro Blue line, sits a cafe so quiet and warm that I could very well call it The Café of Winter Afternoons , but it has a better name – Drool Fresh Bake House & Café . Drools smells heavily of cakes, cheese and garlic…so much so that I could literally feed myself on just the aroma. Our first visit was late in the night so we couldn’t place a main course order as the chefs were perhaps winding up the kitchen. We ordered one Veg. Arrabiata Pasta and Drools Pepper Corn Cheese Rolls. My taste-buds danced a happy dance as the pasta settled in my mouth. It was a freshly baked one, and the aromas were enticing to the senses.
